I hope this weeks email finds you well


Please come and look at the new plans for the Redevelopment of St Michael's Rooms which includes the New Benefice Office this Saturday (21st May) 2pm - 4.30pm, refreshment provided.

Also please come and join us for Messy Church this Saturday at 3.30pm at St Saviours, it is for everyone so please bring your friends and family!




Queen's Jubilee Celebration Services on the 5th June will be; 9.15am at St James and All Saints both Parish Communions and 10.30am Parish Communions at both St Saviours and St Peter's, plus an All Age Family Service for the Benefice at 10.30am at St Michaels.




Nessa Jarman our New Administrator started working for us this week and she will be visiting all our Churches over the next couple of months. She will be coming to St James this Sunday so why not come and say hello and welcome her at the 9.15am Service


Sunday Worship this week: 8am BCP Communion St Saviours, 9.15 Parish Communion All Saints and St James, 10.30 Family Praise at St Saviours, 10.30 Parish Communion at St Michaels and St Peters, 6pm Holy Communion St Saviours. There will also be an Online Service at 3.30pm at: so this weekend truly does have something for everyone!


Christian Aid Event: It is a very full but worthwhile Saturday this week, please come and support the Christian Aid event at St Saviours Hall, equally you can make donations at your Churches this Sunday just place your contribution in the envelope provided or give it to the Churchwardens.



For the Diary Study Groups will be restarting on Monday 13th June, when we will begin an exploration of the Sacraments and what they mean to us as Christians


Confirmation 2022: This year's Confirmation is on the 14th November; Fr David and I will be holding a Confirmation Course this summer beginning on Monday 27th June, in preparation for the Deanery Confirmation in November. This will be our first group for over three years because of the Pandemic. So far we have had six people sign up so if you are interested in exploring this opportunity, please email me by 23rd May.  I will make sure you get all the information as things develop with a full timetable of the areas we will be covering on the course.


Men's Group is back meeting on the 24th May 7pm at the Globe if you have not been before and would like to join us please let me know and I will add you to the list for what should be a great evening.


Finally, do also let me know if you would like a home visit or communion at home and I will arrange for one of the Ministry Team to be in touch.
