All Saints' Church Hall is a pleasant, one storied building with full access and facilities for disabled users. The hall is surrounded by a level grassed area. There is ample parking space available at the site.

The hall is owned by All Saints' Church PCC and it is managed by All Saints' Church Hall Management Group. The group is elected annually at the Annual Parochial Meeting.

The next Church Hall Management Group meeting will be held in the Church Hall on date to be announced.

 

The hall has been supported by grants from Winterbourne Parish Council, South Gloucestershire Council and The Big Lottery Fund.

The notes below are to be read together with the Hire Rules and Regulations

 

The Covid Secure Guidance notes are based on Government Covid-19 Regulations for the opening of Community Halls and will be in place until any new Government guidance is published.

  • The permitted number for All Saints’ Church Hall is 24 persons,
  • The hirer must list the names and contact details of all users for every session
  • A one-way entry and exit system will be in use. (enter at front door and leave by side door).  The last person to leave will need to exit via the front door in order to lock up.
  • Queues for entry must be socially distanced outside of the building.
  • Please use hand sanitiser on entering and leaving the hall.
  • Social distancing, in accordance with Government guidelines, must be observed at all times.
  • The Hall should be kept well ventilated at all times. Please remember to close the windows when leaving.
  • Users are asked to face forward where possible when social distancing is difficult. .
  • Face covering should be worn at all times.
  • Hirers are responsible for cleaning all surfaces at the beginning and end of each session. Cleaning materials will be provided.
  • The kitchen will not be in use.  Hirers may provide their own refreshments.
  • One person allowed in toilets and storerooms at any time.
  • All waste bins must be cleared at the end of each session.
  • If anyone is taken ill at the hall during a session, the Ladies Toilet should be used as an isolating holding room.  The session should be closed and the Management Group informed immediately.
